The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost of each project are agreed upon between us and the client prior to starting work, typically outlined in a proposal or project agreement.

Intellectual Property

Our property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design, code, and images, is the property of Dprime Solutions and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our written permission.

Client deliverables

Upon full payment of all invoices related to a project, ownership of the final deliverables (such as logo files, website design, or software) transfers to the client, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

Third-party assets

Some projects may include third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins, libraries) that are subject to their own license terms. We will inform you of any such licenses and ensure proper usage rights are in place.

Payment Terms

• A deposit is required before work begins on any project, as outlined in the project proposal.
• Remaining payments are due according to the milestones or schedule agreed upon.
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of the project. Work already completed is non-refundable.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery of our services, clients are responsible for:

• Providing all necessary content, materials, and access credentials in a timely manner
• Reviewing deliverables and providing feedback within the agreed timeframe
• Ensuring that any materials provided to us do not infringe on third-party rights
• Making payments according to the agreed schedule

Delays caused by the client in providing materials or feedback may affect the project timeline and are not the responsibility of Dprime Solutions.

Warranty & Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality work and will make reasonable efforts to fix any bugs or issues that arise within 30 days after project delivery.

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dprime Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice. In the event of termination:

• The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.
• Any deposits paid for work not yet started may be refundable at our discretion.
• We will provide the client with all completed deliverables upon receipt of outstanding payments.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
